Perhaps you’re thinking about changing career, stepping into a new role, approaching retirement or simply questioning whether what you’re doing now is still right for you.

Maybe you know something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure what that change looks like.

Coaching gives you the time and space to step away from the noise of everyday life, think about what really matters to you and explore what you want to do next.

We work with people who are navigating change and transition — in their careers, their leadership roles and their lives.

Could coaching help you?

People come to coaching for many different reasons. You might be:

  • considering a career change or wondering what comes next;
  • stepping into a new or more senior role;
  • questioning your confidence or capabilities;
  • feeling stuck or dissatisfied but unsure what needs to change;
  • approaching retirement and thinking about the next stage of your life;
  • trying to achieve a better balance between work and everything else that matters to you;
  • facing a decision and needing the space to think it through.

You don’t need to arrive at coaching with a perfectly formed goal. Sometimes working out what you really want is an important part of the coaching itself.

Our approach to coaching

 Coaching is a series of confidential conversations between coach and coachee. These conversations are based on mutual trust and respect where the former creates a safe, supportive but challenging space for the latter to explore, to grow and to develop thoughts and ideas, and discover possibilities you may not yet have considered.

Good coaching should help you understand yourself better and leave you feeling more able to make your own choices and take action.

Let’s have a conversation

You may already know exactly what you want from coaching. Or you may simply have reached the point where you’re thinking:

Something needs to change. I’m just not sure what yet.

Either is a perfectly good place to start.

We each bring our own experience, interests and approach to coaching, alongside the values that connect our work.
